Following an initial enquiry, Sophia will meet with the client - usually in their own home. A clear picture of the project is established and great importance is placed on what the client’s likes and especially dislikes are. A feel for their own personal sense of style and the look they wish to achieve is discussed. Budget expectations and the level of help required are confirmed.

Sophia will then draw-up design plans and obtain samples based on what has been discussed and return to discuss with the client. If required, all work can be carried out by Sophia’s own team of reliable, hand-picked trades. Each job is meticulously project managed – all sourcing of materials, managing of orders, coordination and supervision of trades, right through to final installation and last attention to detail, thereby taking all the stress out of your project.
